Analytics Connect no longer accepting user credentials

It seems that since 1st December I have not been able to use Analytics Connect.  This has been working fine up until now.

We are using a user with the Connect rights, and the Role does NOT use MFA.

The error message we are getting in ODBC test suggests that MFA is enabled for the role (which it isn’t)

I am not sure what to do.  I have tried creating another role, but get the same error.

I thought that maybe I could use oAuth, but I dont know enough about this.  If this is simple to set up, perhaps someone will be able to outline the steps I would need to take.

Anybody else having the same issue.? Is this something that has changed in NetSuite?
