2024.1 update
Now, of course we knew about the 2024.1 update and it seemed to go through w/out a hitch, but today, weird things started happening (5/1/24).
Our payment processing went completely sideways and all the references and payment screens changed.
Our processors themselves seem unaffected (our payment links and our automatic submittals) seem fine, but everything else is just off and not working
Did anyone else have any issues? About noon EST.
My assumption is that it’s the outrageous level of customized scripting involved in our system that’s throwing it all off, but, who know.
Thoughts?
NetSuite may have done a spot update in the background that impacted your system. I think you are right about the scripting, the more customization you have, the higher risk of something going sideways with an update. I’ve worked with several clients that had customizations break during an update. You can check with NetSuite support to confirm there was an update. Good luck!
