Cannot search PO transaction using restlet. Always appears 0 result in my restlet log.

Check the Role the RESTlet is using to execute. Likely, that Role has insufficient permissions to access POs. It could be minimally VIEW access to POs, but it could also be secondary considerations like Subsidiary or other segment restrictions, etc.
