Hey there! We have hosted our online forms on our website rather than using the NetSuite online forms. We just usi API and RESTlet to get the data into Netsuite. This way we can design the form to look and respond however we want to.

Hey Jack, hopefully, I caught you before the refresh needed to happen. Have you had any luck with this…?

I have had the same error show a few times – it’s not super helpful with the lack of direction.  Sometimes the errors point in the wrong direction and send you looking for something entirely off.

Just with a quick scroll through, it looks like you could be missing an opening table tag between line 33/34. Have you had much HTML experience at all – just so I know where you’re at… Feel free to email me, my email is public on my profile. 🙂

Hey Kayla, we use Netsuite Marketing for a lot of our marketing campaign management.

The best way I found was to actually publish the document online with our InDesign account. This meant that we could create a nice looking button inline the email which linked to the published document. It also allows you to track the click-thru rate and which links were clicked within the email itself while keeping the email size down for sending.

You could do the same, or alternatively upload the document to the file cabinet, make it accessible without sign in and then use the URL from the file cabinet to give the email recipients access to the file via button as mentioned above.  Feel free to contact me if you have any q’s regarding the marketing platform in Netsuite in general.
