Not all reports support cash basis. I believe the cash basis balance sheet is still an enhancement request as well. The two SuiteAnswers articles below might be helpful for more info.

I don’t think you can via workflow. You may have to remove the communication tab from the form instead. When the PO is approved you can change the form to one that shows the communication tab.

Depending on how the workflow is setup, you might try editing your template in HTML and add the transaction link with a tag for the transaction ID instead of the ID.

There is a tab on the role called Restrictions where you can restrict users to records based on department, class, or location. You can also just create a saved search for the items and apply it as a filter on the custom form under the Sublist fields tab.

On the role setup there is a permission called Notes Tab under the List section. You can set it to Full to allow them to delete but it would apply to all user notes I believe.

If you are referring to the User Notes sublist under the Communication tab it is not possible. Only the Items sublist is available on workflows currently. However, you could create a custom field and populate it when a button is clicked. Otherwise it would need to be a script.

Try enabling ‘Allow Non G/L Changes’ for the period. I vaguely recall having an issue last time I tried to add the entity to the name field and had to reopen the period. Check out Answer Id: 46362 and Answer Id: 90865.

You could customize the Sales By Customer report and group by Date. You may want to change the Expend Level to Collapse All and limit the date range so it doesn’t time out.
