An easier approach is to trigger the Payment Event in Magento. Just create a https.post script that does this. So send the request to the API, on success create the cash sale. I do this all the time.

You can do this with script, just load the file, and then create the objects.

I’d see if you can integrate with the WMS via EDI using custom Suitescripts vs. another connector. A good document and diagram will save you quite a bit of time.
