RE: Tradeshows
We have machines that we send to trade shows. These trade shows are for company events and ISR (Sales Rep) events. We would like to track the machines that come and go to these trade shows. These machines are manufactured by us and have serial numbers. We believe they should be fixed assets but we want to be able to show them coming and going in NetSuite and tracking their costs (shipping, which sales rep has the machine)
Maybe create a pseudo-location of tradeshow, and transfer them to this location and transfer them back to the actual warehouse when the tradeshows are over? You can track the costs on the transfer order level.
