RE: Subscription billing
I work for a company of about 50 staff, SaaS and Professional services.
We currently use contract renewals for our software licence subscription billing, but it’s pretty horrible.
What are the options we have for moving to a better platform?
It doesn’t have to be native in Netsuite. Happy for it to manage the renewals and slave Netsuite to be the finance backend. So Netsuite would be replaced by a different quoting system so to speak.
We don’t have a lot of contracts under management, maybe 400, but having access to future usage based billing I think would be important.
Also, it would be ideal if the future subscription billing solution, had a way to be connected into out Salesforce opportunities?

Gatekeeper is a great product I just had demo couple of weeks ago. But it might be an overkill for only 400+ contracts. You can use CLM(Contract lifecycle management) like PandaDoc or Concord or ContactSafe might more cost effective. Integration is quite straightforward since all you need are the start and expiry dates from CLM along with contract status into NS. Note all of them also comes with electronic signature too.
