RE: Specific Customer Sales Goal/Quota
Brand new to Netsuite (don’t go live until 1/1/23). I am trying to enter the by month sales goals for specific customers. I can’t find how to do this anywhere in the customer file. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Sounds like you should add a custom field onto the customer record, then you could use that to create dashboards, saved searches, email notifications, and KPIs to track progress towards sales goals by customer and across sales channels or by sales rep, etc. I don’t think there is a native feature to set monthly sales goals per customer.
How would I go about reporting on that number against actual customer sales?
