RE: Saved Search
Hey everyone!
I’ve built out a saved search in order to find customers who have had their delivery within a certain time frame.
The hope is then to send an individual email per line in the saved search.
Does anyone know how to set this up?
Hi Larn,
This SuiteAnswers article describe the functionality that is available directly from a Saved Search:
https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8477
Check out the section, “Deriving Recipients from Results” as well as this related article:
https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8472
I think the challenge that you might have is whether you are happy with the format of the e-mail.
An alternative approach that will allow you more flexibility in this regard would be through a Send Email Action on a Scheduled Workflow:
https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11522
https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/40554
You should be able to use your existing Saved Search as the filter.
Thanks,
Chris
Thank you for your answers basically from the top of your head is there an easy way to send each line as an individual email (not sent to different recipients) they will be all going to the same email, this is used as our outbound calling list
Hi Larn,
In this case, specifying Specific Recipients and turning Summarize Scheduled Emails off will achieve what you want.
Take note of the warning on this page though:

Thanks,
Chris
