RE: Saved Search Highlighting or Marking certain lines
Hi all!
We have built an SMS replies Saved search to put on our dashboards (Screenshot below). The issue is that I haven’t been able to figure out how our Program Directors can highlight or make some kind of note to the dashboard so they know who they have responded too and who they haven’t. At any given time they could be getting 100 replies.

I noticed on a list people are able to highlight certain entries (Screenshot attached). Is this something I can do with a saved search??

I see this as having a couple of options.
You could adjust your saved search to highlight the entries that have been responded to. Navigate to the “Highlighting” sub tab and write criteria that meets your needs.
Or, you could just update your saved search criteria that drops lines once they have been responded to. If the response is done, you wouldn’t need to see it anymore, right?
Both of these options would require the user refreshing the list as they make progress.
