RE: Saved Search: Displaying Sales Margin percent

I currently have a custom saved search form and I am listing by sales rep all the sales divided by month that their customers purchased. I can get the total amount of sales and then use a datecreated field to give me those details. What I can’t figure out is how I can also determine the margin from what the customers were charged to what the base price of all the items were as well as the list price. Has anyone been able to figure this out? I attached an image of what I have going.
Thank you!

I think you need to clarify this question a little to get a cogent response. You say you want margin, which is typically defined as gross profit (i.e. revenue minus cost). True gross profit is available only on fulfilled orders (can’t know the cost of the fulfillment until the order actually ships).  Based on your custom headers, it appears you’re looking at sales data (which could include orders that are not necessarily fulfilled), so I think you’re looking for an estimated gross profit, if so check out:  “Estimating Gross Profit”  SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 30564 for the standard NetSuite gross profit feature.  It’s not clear what you’re asking about regarding base price/list price, so if you’re looking for some custom measure of “margin”, I think you need to better define exactly how to calculate what you’re looking for, and then I or someone might be better able to assist.
