RE: Run Script on Save Search in UI
Is it possible to run a script on a saved search in the UI? My client wants to create a log when the results of a very large search are exported by a user. I was thinking about doing a script that would be triggered upon clicking the export button, which would log the total number of results in a custom record. Can this be done?
When deploying a client side script I see no option to deploy on to saved searches – my educated guess would be no, though I’d be thrilled to find out I was wrong.
Ok. Any idea if the exports from saved searches are stored somewhere in the File Cabinet?
I don’t believe so, sounds like a big waste of storage space.
