RE: Restrict Field Access by Role
Is there anyway to restrict the Est. Cost fields on my transaction forms to only certain roles? looking to restrict some employees from seeing both sales prices and purchase costs of the items, without limiting Senior Manager viewing.
The common answer would be to create a Custom Form for the employee who needs have have the restricted view.
Assign that Form as the Preferred form for that Employee / Role.
You can then show or hide fields on that Custom Form as needed.
