One option might be to assign particular roles a particular search as the sublist view and use the “restricted” option checkbox, but that only works if there’s just one view they should be using per role. Another (albeit a little janky) option would be to name all the custom ones you want them using with something that puts them at the top of the list alphabetically like “***Custom Transaction Sublist” or “AAA-Custom Transaction Sublist”. In terms of straight-up removing them, AFAIK you really can’t other than contacting the bundle owner and getting them to unlock their object.
