RE: Partner Access – PW Reset without Security Questions set
We have partners in our NS environment, and there is a situation where we have reset some contacts’ passwords, removed and granted access, but encountered an error where they must reset their own password.
We sent them a link to reset their own password, and when they attempt to, it stops them and says they are unable to because they have not yet set security questions.
Is there a way to restart the whole process without deleting and recreating them? Or simply a way to have them set their security questions for the first time?
When Admin resets the password in the system, it automatically wipes out the security questions so user can login with new password. Dont send them password reset link, reset their password and check the box for password change after login. See below
