RE: NetSuite Email Template with Image Question
I have setup a invoice payment reminder workflow to send an email when payment is past due. It uses an email template and everything works fine. I am using an image from the file cabinet in NetSuite. My issue is when the emails are sent to outlook receipents…it automatically prevents the download of some pictures. Is there anyway to get around this without the recipient having to change their Outlook settings?
I think recipient needed to do this in Outlook, otherwise, he/she won’t be able to see images.
