RE: Matrix Item import…
Hello and glad I found this!!!! I am a new to NetSuite Administrator and have a few questions. 1. I am trying to import Matrix items and get the error message from my import saying the following… “Invalid matrixtype reference key Parent Matrix.” and “Invalid matrixtype reference key Child Matrix”. Can figure out where my csv file is wrong. Also is there a way to enable inline editing for bins? I have to delete a few.
Hello rburns515, first of all, please make sure that at your CSV file you have a column with exactly the same values as below:
Parent Matrix Item (Must be entered to the lines with reference to the parent item)
Child Matrix Item (Must be entered to the lines that indicate the components from the matrix)
I noted that the error message that you posted doesn’t bring the word “Item” at the end of the option, maybe it’s missing.
