RE: Locked Saved Searches
We had a suitesuccess bundle installed which includes a bunch of public saved searches. We don’t want any of these searches to be public, is there any way to update/delete/hide these searches?
Edit the saved searches and update the permissions settings. You can restrict by role, department, or employee.
Hey KAJ710, Unfortunately, when searches and other objects are locked on install, you’re unable to edit the audience without SAVE AS. Meaning even if I create a new search, the original search is still public. See my screenshot:
Do you want to restrict all of the features from the SuiteSuccess bundle or just a select few?
