RE: Is there a way to remove journal entries from the Make Deposits page?
Is there a way to remove old journal entries that have posted years ago from the Make Deposits page without utilizing the filter or having an impact on the GL?

Scenario
User entered a Journal Entry debiting the Undeposited Funds account and would like it to be cleared out or removed on the Make Deposits page (Transactions > Bank > Make Deposits) without having any GL Impact.
Solution
- Under the Deposits tab > Payments subtab, mark the Deposit checkbox beside the Journal Entry to be removed or cleared out
- Under the Cash Back subtab, enter the same values which were in the Journal Entry such as Amount, Name, Memo, etc. and select the Undeposited Funds account
- Click Save
Note:The solution described above does not have any effect on financials as the GL Impact of the Deposit transaction is offsetting Debit and Credit to the Undeposited Funds account for the same amount.
