While constructing a Saved Search, our users want to know if it’s possible (in popup searches for, say, states) to not have to remember to search using the “%” wildcard? All states/provinces are prefaced with the country name, so it’s confusing them when they have to remember the wildcard in popup searches.
The global search bar doesn’t require the “%” wildcard so I identify with their confusion.

Set the user preference for “Popup search uses key words” under the analytics subtab.
