Before I consider importing, I would like to confirm that there’s no way of transferring the fixed assets from the Netsuite to the Fixed Asset Module.
Not really sure what you mean. The FAM module is just a bundle that gets installed into your existing NetSuite instance. I just assumed your assets were in an external system. How are you currently keeping your assets in NetSuite? There is a way of having assets get auto-created when you tag a Fixed Asset designated account, but that’s not going to give you the mid-life detail you want unless you just want them coming in with their remaining value as the initial asset value.
