I have found when trying to use inline editing on a list of Events that only the user that created the event can edit it. If I am using the admin role I can edit any event. The role I am using to test with has got the right to edit an event.
Thanx Tyn, ig you look at my explanation of the problem, you will see that I have considered that as the end-user can edit the event if they open then record.
