in inventory item record some fields are mandatory in NS so it got error because Boomi didn’t pass that values but some item records are successful with out passing such mandatory fields.may i know the reason?
Hard to say, but it is possible to submit records with a “ignore mandatory fields” flag. They could have done that. Also, if the fields are mandatory at a form-level rather than the record-level, inbound web services would bypass that.
thanks for the information…but the thing is i had seen both request formats from boomi they are identical.wondering why some records are successful and why some are not.
Are they all the same type of item? (i.e. for Resale vs Purchase vs Sale) or (Service/Non Inventory/Inventory/Assembly)?
The different types have different form fields and different requirements.
