I need to perform a logic when PO status is changed to ‘Fully Billed’. But neither a workflow nor a User event script is triggered on this event. How can I trigger a workflow/script once a Purchase Order status has been changed to ‘Fully Billed’? Please give some advice.

Hi Manish,

You can have a scheduled script pick up your POs after 15 min intervals to check which POs have switched to ‘Fully Billed’ status but haven’t been processed (have a checkbox to identify once the PO is processed).

An alternate is to have the automation run on Bill Payments and look at the PO to check if the PO has changed status, and more importantly if the PO was previously processed.
