I can’t see these features on my netsuite account.

Anyone knows reason?

Any of the Suite Commerce modules listed as enabled under Setup> Company> View Billing Information> view the Add-On Modules tab?

You may need to contact your NetSuite Account Manager or Solution Provider to purchase them. If you already purchased them then it might be an issues with provisioning and you can try contacting NetSuite Support.
