RE: How to stop auto apply discount item and rate in items subtab while creating order in NetSuite?
Hi,
I want to disable the auto-apply discount item and rate in the items subtab while creating an order in NetSuite. When I add the item and the price is equal to 500 or above, it automatically adds a discount item too, but I don’t know where to stop this. Please guide me on this.
I also inactive the discount item which was auto-added but the discount rate is still in the rate field.

It sounds like there might be a promotion code active? If so, you should be able to see in the promotions subtab on the order the name of the promotion being applied.
If you navigate to Lists>CRM>Promotion Codes, hopefully you’ll see the name of the promotion listed and it won’t have an end date or is in the future? If so, you can view/edit to see what’s triggering the promotion to be added on orders, add an end date or more specifics to reduce what triggers the promotion.
