RE: How to set a default view by user for a custom record
We have an allowance claim form.
The record this is linked to is a custom record of ‘allowance claim’. All users which have access to this form are ‘Employee Center’ role users
Some individuals will be employees and others would be supervisors (though this is not reflected in the netsuite role they login with)
Is there a way for me as an administrator to set up default views by users? i.e. remove the option for them to select their view in the below drop down and set it at an individual level?

The search results view is defined by role. See Using a Saved Search as a View or Set Search Default(when editing roles) .
