RE: How to change the Home Dashboard in Customer Center
Some of the default items in the Customer Center’s Home Dashboard do not apply to our customers. Can I change what is displayed? For example,
- In the Customer Center – Home Links, I’d like to remove the “See A/R Register” link
- In the Quick View, I’d like to remove the “Shop KPI’s” dropdown
- In the Settings, I’d like to remove the “Campaign Subscription Center” link
The way that I did the same thing was by removing permissions for the customer center role to see any of the related forms.
For example, open your customized Customer Center role and change Lists -> Account Receivable Register to “None” and then test. You won’t see the link for “See A/R Register” any longer.
Lather, rinse and repeat for each link you want to remove.
