RE: How can I add the memo field from my sales orders to print on my pick tickets?

We lean heavily on comments in the memo field inside the Sales Orders, how can I get that field to print somewhere on the pick ticket?

you should be able to add the memo field easily in the Advanced PDF template (if using it) for the pick list. Check your picking ticket form to see what print template is defined there. See the screenshot
