RE: FAM assets disposal template
Any tips in using the FAM assets disposal template? The inbuilt template has some instructions, but import doesn’t work.
So far, the issue was in our customized Sales invoice form, which has some obligatory fields, not included into the inbuilt FAM template. Since we are not able to customize the FAM import template we needed to change the Invoice form (for FAM sales cases) to exclude these fields. Step 2 was to re-link the new Invoice form to the FAM template. Fixed Assets=> Set up=> System Set up=> Asset Disposal Invoice Form (Internal ID) – here the new Invoice form ID should be updated.
