RE: E-signatures on invoices at time of delivery options?
We deliver product using company truck, is there a feature that allows us to capture an e-signature from customer and saved to NS?
Our developers were about to build out this functionality using Boomi Flow App. The delivery driver sees a list of items to deliver and the corresponding locations. They are able to mark what is delivered and get a signature. All of the details are sent back to NetSuite and stored with the Item Fulfillment. To my knowledge there isn’t an “out of the box” product that will do this for you.
