RE: Display BoM contents of every BoM that contains specific item
Hi,
Is it possible to export a file that shows the complete BoMs of all assemblies that contain a particular item?
The “Component Where Used” function lists out the assembly numbers where part A is used, but I would like to be able to see the rest of the BoM contents for all of those assemblies.

Are you using advanced manufacturing? If so this can be done with a bom revision component analytics workbook.
You can put a criteria of item is whateverItemYouWant. Add the Item column. Then you can add a second item column that joins up to the bom revision and back down to the components (fieldId bomrevision.component.item). This will add all the other components related to that revision. You can then export the dataset.
