Hello,
We have just recently done a price increase across all our items.
Prior to the increase, some customers had special discounted / custom pricing.
Am I able to run a report to see what customers had discounted/custom pricing prior to the price increase?
You can search for customers with a price level set if your discounted pricing was done by a price level. Same idea for pricing groups.
How can i go about runing this report?
Sorry if I didn’t make it clear. Create a customer saved search with your price level or pricing group filter.
