RE: Custom Form Field being overridden with Standard Employee Form in all transactions

I have an issue in both Chrome and Firefox on my macbook where the Custom Form field is being overridden on transaction load. It randomly started happening about a week ago and I’ve not come across anyone who has seen similar behaviour.

I have tried completely uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling, but the issue persists. I can log in to my account on another machine and it works fine. A colleague can log in on my machine and they have the same issue.

RE: Custom Form Field being overridden with Standard Employee Form in all transactions

The Standard Employee Form is not even a valid option for the transactions I’m looking at, Sales Order, Estimate, Purchase Order and even Bank Deposit.

Any pointers or suggestions would be very much appreciate.

Thanks

Are you logged in to your google account in Chrome and maybe have something saved in the autofill options? I’m not a mac user but are there autofill options somewhere that it could be using?

One of the first things I did was to clear all browsing history and cache. It had no effect. It’s also weird that it’s happening in Firefox too and I very rarely used Firefox.

Netsuite Support haven’t been much use and I’m trying to avoid having to do a clean restore on my mac, especially as there’s no guarantee that will fix it.

btw thanks for the reply ;o)

Sometimes people clear browsing history but don’t clear autofill, so if you cleared everything completely and aren’t logged in, then I’d have to keep thinking. I’ll let you know if I think of anything else to check!

Thanks Jenny. Like I said, I completely removed Chrome and all associated files. I reinstalled and have the same issue. I do have a work around atm in that Incognito mode does’t produce the issue.
