RE: Configuring Inventory Detail on Purchase Order Line Items in edit mode erases inventory detail lines
Hi everyone!
I am running into an issue with Purchase Orders in the UI. Every time a user configures the inventory detail on the purchase order line items in edit mode, the UI erases the lines on the inventory details (resets and wipes out the lines) when I want it to persist the inventory detail lines and be able to add or edit existing inventory detail lines. We have a sandbox and production environment and the problem is only in our production environment. I almost think it’s a setting that I need to configure? I’ve checked the script records and none of the scripts/workflows on purchase orders are acting in that manner.
If anyone has seen this or knows how I can achieve this, your help is greatly appreciated.

I have seen a similar issue with inventory detail before…. I am not 100% sure this will be the issue but might be related….
What browser are you using? As recently as November inventory detail at the line item level did not work while using Internet Explorer.

Yupp I was originally using chrome and I’ve tried edge and firefox and the problem still happens. The problem is super weird, it works how I want it in our sandbox but not in our production so I really think it’s a setting somewhere but I don’t know where to configure it.
