Netsuite Senior Software Engineer

Skills Required:

8 to 10 years of experience in System Operations Management and Production Support.

Knowledge of retail business operations, ERP, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash processes is required.

Understanding of sales operation cycles including customer forecasting, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.

Prior experience in NetSuite ERP, CRM and Suite Commerce and NetSuite technology infrastructure — SuiteScript, Suite Talk, Suite Flow, and Suite Cloud framework is required

Certified Suite Cloud Developer, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and/or NetSuite Certified Administrators are highly desirable

Experience in working with and implementation of packaged applications for retail such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Dell Boomi, SPS Commerce, and Tableau is desired

Experience with JavaScript will be required.

Prior experience with Service Now is preferred.

Experience with ticket workflows, SLA’s, operational metrics will be preferred.

Experience with reporting production operations performance is required.

Strong Project Management and Excel skills

Problem-solving experience

A sense of urgency around production issues is required.

Ability to build team collaboration

Must possess excellent time management skills and eye for attention to detail
