RE: Amount Unapplied In Payments
Hello,
I’m trying to do a combined Saved Search that combines Credit Memo credits and the unapplied balance inside customer Payments.
I have discovered amount remaining or Amount (Credit) can get the credit numbers I’m looking for. I’m having trouble now in finding a way to pull the Unapplied amount from the payment though.
Any ideas?
Amount remaining is also correct for unapplied customer payments.
I’ve split these searches up and added Amount Remaining to a Payment specific one and it’s not giving me any results..
Make sure you are not only showing the main line. If you remove “main line = true” then you’ll see the amount remaining by line. You can select the specific account or group things up to make sure you only get one result for it without the use of that criteria.
