RE: Advanced invoice PDF/HTML templates edit or customize throw error.
Hi,
I am trying to edit Advanced invoice PDF/HTML templates but when I click on edit or customize it throws the error.
error : Error during loading transaction for advanced printing Caused by: com.netledger.common.exceptions.NLUserError: An unexpected SuiteScript error has occurred.
note: All the invoice advanced PDF/HTML templates throw the same error.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

These user friendly messages don’t give a lot of detail.
In this case I’m getting the same error so it seems something is wrong on NetSuites side.
NetSuite status page doesn’t say anything yet though.

Yes, this is from the Netsuite side, I have created a ticket on Netsuite support and they fixed it.
