RE: Saved Search Highlighting or Marking certain lines
We have built an SMS replies Saved search to put on our dashboards (Screenshot below). The issue is that I haven’t been able to figure out how our Program Directors can highlight or make some kind of note to the dashboard so they know who they have responded too and who they haven’t. At any given time they could be getting 100 replies.
I noticed on a list people are able to highlight certain entries (Screenshot attached). Is this something I can do with a saved search??
I am not sure what your criteria is but I imagine you need to add criteria that involves the sender or receiver field and whether that person is internal or the actual client. I.e. if the recipient of the last message had your domain or the sales reps phone number.
