I had another look at this and the only way to achieve this really is with a stored custom field on the Customer to determine whether it’s one of the ones you want to include. Once you have that, you can add the Report filter.
If you could possibly do it with Saved Searches or SuiteAnalytics then it is much easier to do it completely within the criteria.
