RE: Customer Center Pricing
My company is looking into setting up the functionality of the Customer Center, we’re curious about the pricing of this though. Everything that we have discovered talks as if it is covered, but giving access to many customers feels like we would have to pay additional user fees for each customer. Does anyone have additional details on how our pricing could be affected if we provide Customer Center access to our customers?
Customer Center is essentially abandoned from a future improvements standpoint – it’s part of the standard licensing/deployment, but it’s meant to be consumed through the SuiteCommerce functionality instead for a better customer experience.
There should be no additional cost to utilize it – but note it’s a fairly limited experience.
